Jane and I call him “the meathead” because, well look at the guy.

Why in the world would you make up that you were a knight? Did he honestly think that no one would check, that no one from the Royal Office would go, “Uh, we don’t remember doing that?” Did he think that Americans would go, “Well he is English, so I guess he must be a knight?”

Hey at least he gave himself top honors, cause if you’re going to make up being a knight, go for the, “next in the line for the throne,” variety.

Wonder if we’ll see him back next season.

I passed over this the other day, but finally went back to watch it tonight.

I have to say it looks pretty cool, and since the Ainmatrix was way better then the other 2 movies, I might have some cause to be excited. But then again I think I’m well in the “core fans” category.

Hell, I just spent 2 days looking for a Batman wallpaper for my iPod.

I ended up with this one by the way:

Oh and can I say that after looking at a lot of iPhone wallpaper sites, there is a lot of people who apparently like naked women as their phone’s wallpaper.

Really people? Really?

You just have to have a naked woman as soon as you turn your iPhone on?

Better hope it doesn’t ring in a job interview.

This is kinda old, but I’m still surprised how little of an upgrade the solid state HD give you. Definitely not worth they extra $1000, at least in my book.

You would think for that kind of money you would have instant on, and super read times.

The battery is kinda a let down too. I’m surprised just how little the battery life is on the Airs. They seem to top out at about 3 hours. Meanwhile on my Macbook, I can get about 3 1/2 to 4 hours out of a charge. I’m sure the Macbook battery is bigger, but I guess I just expected more out of a SS HD.

Still, it is an exciting technology, and I hope to see it really come into it’s own. If  they can get the price down and figure out the limited write cycle problem, I really think this could be the next big step.

(Oh, and am I the only one who keeps saying, “With Liquid Todd,” every time they hear, “Solid State?”)

Is it a sign that I’ve watched Fight Club too  much when every time I hear the last name Paulson, I start repeating the name in my head?

I keep hearing this song, and every time I go, “Man I should pick up Daft Punk,” because, well… Have you listened to Kanye’s lyrics?

I’d rather skip it and just listen to “Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger.”

Oh well, try to ignore Kanye and check out the Tron suits from the Grammy’s. That, and the homemade MIDI controller is cool too.

As a Heilo subscriber all I have to say is, “Ugh…”

So far I’ve been pretty happy with my Ocean, yes the UI leaves something to be desired, but name a phone that doesn’t have a janky UI.

(And before you say the iPhone let me say two things as a new iPod Touch owner:

1. The keyboard is passable, but if I had to use that as my everyday txt messenger, I would throw it against the wall.
2. It’s only been about 5 days, and mobile safari has crashed on me about 6 times.)

What I really like about Heilo is the price point. I pay about $75 bucks a month for 450 mins (which I never even come close to using), and unlimited everything else. Try doing that with any other carrier and you’re probably going to end up near the $100 mark.

I knew what I was getting into signing up with a MVNO, and this is just a rumor for now, but I was hoping to at least get to the end of my contract before the whole thing went belly up.
